AVIVA Country Club Heights is a charming, senior-housing community overlooking a picturesque golf course in Woburn, Massachusetts, a suburb of Boston. The community includes all the preferred amenities: beauty salon, art room, fitness center, pub. And it’s within ten miles of Boston’s renowned medical centers. This attractive property was originally built to house the Boston Red Sox players and families during treatment at the physical rehab center next door. In 1996 it was fully renovated and converted to senior living and now offers 83 assisted-living and 21 memory-care apartments.
