Amanda Folds
Amanda brings more than 14 years of sales and marketing experience in healthcare and senior living to Lloyd Jones Senior Living. Her scope of experience includes communities in the development, pre-opening, and lease-up phase as well as those that are maintaining a stable occupancy. She has been responsible for sales and community outreach for several ground-up projects, and has extensive experience in training and developing sales teams as well as executing marketing and sales programs.
Amanda’s experience includes serving as community relations director and community president at Thrive Senior Living at Athens, Georgia, an assisted-living community. Prior to that, she was director of sales and marketing for Merryvale Assisted Living in Oxford, Georgia. Amanda has also held business development positions with St. Mary’s Healthcare System and worked in physician network development. She has completed training in dementia care from the National Institute of Dementia Education. Amanda earned her degree in business administration and marketing management from Faulkner State.
