Brendan Cavanagh
As VP of finance and analytics, Brendan oversees all aspects of asset management including preparing investor reports, monitoring debt covenants, and conducting financial reviews to ensure effective financial management and reporting for the organization.
Before joining Aviva Senior Living, Brendan served as asset manager at Benchmark Senior Living, managing a diverse portfolio of 24 senior housing assets. He also played a key role as an FP&A analyst at Kensington Investment Company, a prominent family office with an extensive alternative investment and global real estate portfolio.
Brendan is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College with a Bachelor of Arts in business, with a double major in Latin.
