Fernando Puiggari
Fernando Puiggari is a finance executive with 15+ years of international experience across senior living, real estate, and other multinational industries in the U.S. and Latin America. As Finance Controller and Asset Manager, he supported leadership, investors, and lenders through financial reporting, cash flow management, covenant compliance, rent roll and AR analysis, budgeting, valuations, capital structures, and M&A initiatives. Previously, Fernando served as VP Finance at Brookfield Properties Retail, overseeing financial reporting, liquidity, CapEx, rent rolls, and covenant compliance across a $5 billion asset portfolio, including a $300 million syndicated loan.
He holds an MBA from Mercy College in New York and a BBA from Universidad Catolica Argentina.
