Joei Lemacks is multifamily industry professional with 27 years of extensive experience in portfolio and property management, including conventional, tax-credit, student-based, new construction and renovation. She excels at hiring, training and building teams with an emphasis on best practices, and has been an instructor for CAM and NALP national certifications. Her background spans all aspects of property management operations, training and financial management. She joined Lloyd Jones in 2017 as Property Manager-in-Charge for Waters Edge at Harbison. Joei has been recognized as Property Manager of the Year for multiple years by the Apartment Association of Greater Columbia (South Carolina), served on their board of directors, and received their Lifetime Achievement Award in 2018. Joei holds Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP), and Property Manager in Charge (PMIC) designations.
