Jon Chapman, CAPS
As Regional Manager with Lloyd Jones, Jon Chapman manages a portfolio of assets in the Orlando, South Florida and South Carolina markets, with oversight of all aspects of property management operations including financial accountability and profitability, marketing, renovations/CAPEX projects, asset repositioning, and physical asset management. Jon has managed a diverse range of communities from new construction lease-ups to multi-million dollar rehab assets within the Atlanta, Florida and South Carolina markets.
Prior to joining Lloyd Jones in 2020, Jon was a Regional Manager for several national property management firms including most recently, First Communities Management. He brings over 21 years of multifamily property management and real estate experience to Lloyd Jones, and holds a CAPS (Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor) designation from the National Apartment Association. Jon is originally from Atlanta, GA and now resides in Orlando, FL.
