Julia Comings
Julia Comings brings over fourteen years of experience in the apartment industry, specializing in property performance management, new construction, and the lease-up, receivership, and renovation of distressed assets and acquisitions/dispositions. As a regional manager of Lloyd Jones Multifamily Management, Julia oversees a portfolio of assets in the Orlando, Tallahassee, and Fort Myers, Florida markets.
Julia was instrumental in developing the Young Professionals Committee for the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando and served on the board of directors for three years. She holds her CAPS (Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor) designation through the National Apartment Association.
