Katy Bosco
Katy Bosco (Brennan) serves as Vice President of Capital Markets at Lloyd Jones where she leads investor relations and capital raising initiatives as the firm expands its senior housing portfolio.
Prior to joining Lloyd Jones, Katy spent 3 years at J.P. Morgan Chase as a Senior Associate in Institutional Commodities Sales, growing the desk’s Brazil business and advising hedge funds, asset managers, and family offices across 20+ commodities markets.
Earlier in her career, Katy worked with the U.S. Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions and the American Association of People with Disabilities, where she gained a strong foundation in Medicare and Medicaid systems, independent and community-based living models, and the growing senior housing shortage.
Katy earned her bachelor’s degree in Comparative Literature with a focus in Medical Humanities from Columbia University, bringing a multidisciplinary perspective to her work at the intersection of finance, healthcare, and senior living investment strategy.
