Michael Singh
As senior vice president of acquisitions at Lloyd Jones, Michael Singh is responsible for responsible for sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities while leading underwriting, financial analysis, due diligence, and portfolio oversight for the firm’s real estate investments.
Prior to rejoining Lloyd Jones, Michael served as an associate at Starwood Property Trust, where he underwrote over $2 billion in securitized debt backed by multifamily, hotel, and mixed-use portfolios across various U.S. markets.
Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Florida International University.
