Robbie Mejia

Robbie Mejia holds more than 20 years of experience in all facets of property management, including development, lease up, capital renovation programs, acquisitions, and dispositions. As vice president of operations, Texas, Robbie is responsible for overseeing operations, property management, and asset management of Lloyd Jones’ multifamily properties in the state, as well as sourcing new business development and acquisition opportunities for the firm.

Prior to joining Lloyd Jones, Robbie served as a regional vice president for Lantower Residential, a Texas-based multifamily management company, where she oversaw a portfolio of 2,400 units in central Texas. Previously, she was director of operations for a family office that owned a portfolio of more than a dozen multifamily assets, and a senior regional manager, responsible for property operations of 3,500 units throughout the Sunbelt.

Robbie has previously served on the board of directors for the Austin Apartment Association, where she held a chairwoman position. She holds an Austin Apartment Association Lyceum certification.
