Sheryl Klein

Sheryl Klein is a senior-living operations professional who has dedicated more than 20 years of her career to resident services management, programming, budgeting, training, and compliance across the continuum of care. As senior vice president of operations for Lloyd Jones Senior Living, Sheryl oversees the daily operations of all independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities managed by the company.

Prior to joining Lloyd Jones, Sheryl served as vice president of operations for Somerby Senior Living, where she oversaw multiple senior living communities across six states. There, she was responsible for improving occupancy, reducing expenses, and introducing new programming into the communities. Prior, Sheryl served more than six years at Elmcroft Senior Living, where she first joined as an executive director, and, later, was promoted to regional director of operations for the Tennessee region. Earlier in her career, Sheryl held progressive roles within the senior housing operations industry, from program coordinator to staff development and quality assurance director to director of residential services and manager of home support services for senior living communities, throughout the Midwest and Southeast.

Sheryl holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin. She is a licensed nurse as well as a certified care specialist in Alzheimer’s disease from the Alzheimer’s Association of America. She holds additional certificates in various geriatric nursing specializations.
