Stacey Hess, CPA
As Executive Vice President of Human Resources, Stacey Hess oversees the company’s human resources strategy and functions across all Lloyd Jones subsidiaries and divisions. She leads talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and organizational development For the past ten years, she had been the controller for affiliate Finlay Management, prior to its merger with Lloyd Jones. There she was responsible for all property accounting and financial reporting as well as tax and audits.
Stacey’s background includes fifteen years of public accounting where she specialized in corporate taxation and small business accounting. In addition, she has experience in financial statement auditing.
Stacey graduated magna cum laude, from Dowling College in New York with a Bachelor of Arts in accounting and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1989.
