Weston Caron serves as Mergers & Acquisitions Associate at Lloyd Jones, where he supports the firm’s acquisition and investment activities through market research, financial analysis, and the evaluation of prospective real estate opportunities.
Prior to joining Lloyd Jones, Weston served as Business Development Manager at ConnexAI, where he led strategic growth initiatives, cultivated key client relationships, conducted market and competitor analysis, and negotiated high-value partnerships. His previous experience also includes roles with Equitable Advisors and Washington Prime Group, where he gained experience in investment analysis, capital budgeting, leasing, market research, and the evaluation of real estate investment opportunities.
Weston holds a Master of Science in International Real Estate from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Florida Gulf Coast University.
