Multifamily Marketing Manager
As multifamily marketing manager, Whitney Simms uses her vast experience in client relations, marketing, branding, and customer experience to oversee all property-level marketing programs for Lloyd Jones’ property management division. In this role, Whitney implements strategic, multichannel marketing plans to closely align with the properties’ leasing and revenue management goals. She also supports leasing and retention efforts for the company’s portfolio of 4,500+ units through thoughtful digital engagement, including social media and online reputation management.
Whitney entered the multifamily space in 2017 as a regional marketing manager, where she led and implemented full marketing strategies for a large portfolio of pre-development projects, mixed-use urban lease ups, and suburban garden-style assets throughout the Greater Boston area. Prior to joining Lloyd Jones, she supported the strategic client marketing programs for nine Greystar-managed third-party national clients with properties spanning 17 states.
Whitney received a Bachelor of Science in communication with a focus on advertising from the University of North Florida.
