Stuart joined Lloyd Jones in 2019 in the multifamily property management division. He soon became head of multifamily asset management where he oversaw the financial and operational performance of a portfolio totaling more than 5,000 apartments.

Stuart brings fifteen years of experience in operational leadership, asset management, and financial analysis to the team as the southeast multifamily CIO. In this role, Stuart is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and acquisition of new assets. Following acquisition, Stuart provides asset management and investor relations to our investment partners. To date, Stuart has been involved in more than $1 billion in transaction volume.

Stuart holds a masters degree in international economics from the University of Oklahoma, and a bachelor’s degree in managerial economics from Oklahoma City University.
