This Meetinghouse at Fidelity is a 31-unit senior living community that was originally a 1920-era Renaissance Revival brick office building, listed on the National Register of Historic Places.  The Finlay team redeveloped the property, retaining the unique historic elements to provide affordable senior housing for the city. The adaptive reuse of this architecturally unique building was awarded the Governor’s Award for Historic Preservation in 2005.
