Amelia Green Condominiums is a small enclave of 42 luxury condominiums on the exclusive Amelia Island in North Florida.  Two-story townhomes with up-scale finishes and designer features, Amelia Green offers a convenient location between the beach and the historic village.  The property quickly sold out.

Tucked off a major Jacksonville artery in a quiet setting, Southern Grove is a condominium community that exudes a genteel southern lifestyle. Situated on an unspoiled tract of natural woodland with ancient oaks and towering magnolias, it is hidden from the hustle and bustle of the city – but only a short drive to downtown Jacksonville and to City’s famous beaches.  Its expansive floor plans offer upscale living, featuring screened lanais to take full advantage of the peaceful woodland setting. The 242 units sold quickly.

Developed in 2005, TownParc at Nacogdoches served as the prototype for our small town, affordable/workforce housing communities. With 96 units, the property became a town favorite, winning awards for “Best Apartment in Nacogdoches” and maintaining a consistently high occupancy. Lloyd Jones managed the asset until its recent sale. Nacogdoches is located in East Texas, equidistant to Dallas and Houston.

Stonegate Apartments is an affordable housing adaptive reuse community.  In an urban environment, an existing property was redeveloped to provide affordable workforce housing near employment centers.

An elegant, historic school building converted into affordable apartments for workforce community. The property includes newly constructed three-bedroom townhomes that proved to be in high demand for working families.

Dedicated in 1928 as the Boys and Girls Building, it was a gift to the city of Battle Creek from W.K. Kellogg.  It was redeveloped by the Christopher Finlay team in the early 2000s and converted into affordable family workforce housing. The renovations included the ground-up construction of additional residential units on adjacent land. The results earned the “Governor’s Award for Historic Preservation.”

CityParc at Greencrest is a 192-unit community designed for the workforce family.  Built in 2003, the property boasts upscale amenities and modern conveniences and is within close proximity to Houston’s major employment centers.  It has been sold and is no longer owned by Lloyd Jones.

CityParc at West Oaks is another affordable family property designed under the CityParc brand.  Built in 2002, with 168 units and in close proximity to major retail district, it became a very desirable address for working families. It has been sold and is no longer owned by Lloyd Jones.
