Developed in 2005, TownParc at Nacogdoches served as the prototype for our small town, affordable/workforce housing communities. With 96 units, the property became a town favorite, winning awards for “Best Apartment in Nacogdoches” and maintaining a consistently high occupancy. Lloyd Jones managed the asset until its recent sale. Nacogdoches is located in East Texas, equidistant to Dallas and Houston.
